Decorates the given stream url with the Adswizz SDK targetability parameters and returns the resulting Uri ready to be played. url The stream URL to decorate. Must not be empty.
withQueryParameters unencoded key value pairs to be inserted into the decorated Uri. E.g: mapOf("myCustomKeyParam1" to "my custom value1") (Optional)
All key value pairs will be URL encoded by the AdswizzSDK.
The resulted URL will contain unique query parameters, in case of collisions, all the existing keys will be overridden with the values from withQueryParameters map.
Note: Should be only used at the recommendation of Adswizz. Providing URL-encoded parameters (e.g. mapOf("myCustomKeyParam1" to "my%20custom%20value1")) will result in double encoding.
